Abstract:

Communication is a pivot of growth. It has always been from time immemorial and it permeates every human setting. Whether one assesses religious growth, political growth, economic growth, diplomatic growth or general societal growth with particular attention to various classifications of human endeavours that go on in human society, communication remains central. In religious settings where beliefs in the origin of creation, accepted more of moral existence, tenets of behaviour between men, man and the supernatural and the beliefs in what makes for a peaceful, fruitful and rewarding life is discoursed, communication plays a central role. Communication has been instrumental in the growth of human society.
